Error 1054 on log-ins

HI, have an intermittent error with easyblog and getting 1054 errors on login. Have searched the Forum and notice the exact same issue on Easy Social but cannot access as I dont have a subscription for this, only Easy Blog. If a user clears cookie and cache in their browser they can then log-in.

Issue:
Error: 1054 - Unknown column 'requireReset' in 'where clause' SQL=SELECT `id`,`username`,`password` FROM `jket_users` WHERE `username` = 'gareth' AND `requireReset` = 0

Only have this on blog users when they log-in. Super Users and other groups dont have the problem.

Version EasyBlog 3.9.22295

Hi Mohdyasseribz.
Sorry, useing geoip blocking on firewall due to hacking attempts. I have white listed your IP.

I really dont know how to replicate the issue as it is intermittent. As mentioned, if you clear the browser cache on users the problem goes away. Our older users seem more stable but the newer ones have more issues. As mentioned it only apples to Easyblog users. I have had cases of users being dropped from the Guides (Easyblog) users group and reverting to registered users. Maybe this is a clue?

We are using the Joomla ACL as primary but we also have Jomsocial installed.

I think I have found the problem, Joomla update did not update the users table correctly. Have corrected the database and will monitor.

Will let you know if it happens again
