Hello,

I just updated to EasyBlog 5. The installation appeared to go well, however, I am now unable to access the front page of the website. The entire frontend of the website is completely inaccessible as I get a blank page.

The website is http://www.personalmentoringservices.com

The same problem occurred in July 2015 and I ended up rolling the website back at that time. I hoped I would not encounter this problem again, but, unfortunately, the same problem has occurred. I would like to use EasyBlog5 now and renew my subscription, so please help me to resolve this.

I provided you Joomla Site Access below. If you need to FTP Access, let me know.

Thank you,

Glenn
Can you provide us with your FTP access so we can troubleshoot on this?

Hello Arlex,

Thank you for your prompt reply. I updated my original ticket with FTP access information.

I hope this information is sufficient; if not, please let me know.

Thank you,

Glenn

It seems like this module is not compatible with Easyblog 5 and causing this blank page issue.
Warning: require_once(/xxxx/components/com_easyblog/constants.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in xxxx/modules/mod_bt_contentslider/classes/easyblog.php on line 19

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 'xxxx/components/com_easyblog/constants.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php55/pear') in xxxx/modules/mod_bt_contentslider/classes/easyblog.php on line 19

I already help you temporary disabled this module (BT Content Slider) from your backend module manager, it should work fine now.

Hello Arlex,

Thank you for your quick resolution. For your further information, should anyone else encounter this issue, BT Content Slider now has an update that is explicitly compatible with EB5. I had to download the BT fix after upgrading to EB5, so the BT Content Slider is now working just fine.

I did notice that my two mapX sitemaps are not working with EB5. Can you use the FTP settings I provided you earlier in this thread to look into this?

Thank you. I very much appreciate your help.

Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

I already updated the Easyblog OSMAP plugin in your site, it should work fine now , can you give it a check?
