Enter key submits form

I set "ENTER KET SUBMITS FORM' to NO in the backend, but whenever I press ENTER when submitting a comment, it saves it.
Hi Checksum,

For Comments I think you need the setting at Settings > Comments... The one in your screenshot relates to the where you add new content to your activity stream... It's separate from the commenting which has a separate config option for what happens when you press Enter.
