When uploading a file I get please enter a title for your video. It looks like to me that all my files that I am trying to upload seem to have titles in the details of the file. Am I missing something? Also the video's will not play. All the video's are .mp4.
Hello Zack,

Sorry but which product are you referring to here? Can you upload a video file that you were trying to upload so that I can test this on your site?

Also, can you please edit your post and include the ftp access to the site as well, just in case we need to add some debug codes on the site.

Okay file is uploaded, this is from our camera we have. Also I have uploaded 2 versions, the actual file from the camera and the same one that got converted via a program called handbrake, where I converted it to mp4. It looks like the mts file is not able to be uploaded. It also looks like the file I have uploaded the mp4 version is an unsupported format as well.

Here is the file I just created with my Samsung Galaxy Note 5 from the record feature from the camera. When I go to upload the file it says it is an unsupported format. I uploaded a zip file.

After enabling ffmpeg and converting the files that were on the camera through handbrake, everything seems to work out just fine. So going with that as a good fix for now.

Yes, in order to upload video into Easysocial you have to required to install FFmpeg library into your server.

By the way, thanks for getting back to us your issue resolved now.
