English (United States) shows 0% but needs an update?

The US language always show 0% but always require an update when there is an update for the German language... Shouldn´t the 0% something like 98%?

Note: The same is happening as well for EasyDiscuss, EasyBlog
Hi there,

Supposedly, if there don't have any changes in the language file it should not shows 'needs updating'. As I cannot replicate this issue currently, we will check this issue as there is changes in the germany language.
