I've purchased two routines from your list of "Available Apps" - neither one of them offer a 'trial' to see if actually installs and works as advertised. The author of these two routines - Flat Denies any refund!
Many Authors insist on visiting the back end of your site to "Make their Wares" work with your website.. The two I purchased called my claim for a refund, "A FRAUD" because I wouldn't let him have access to my website.

So, my question is - does Stackideas, 'endorse' the routines that are linked here? What happens when the Author of a routine BLAMES Stackideas for their software NOT working (as so many of them do when things go wrong) - ?

I realize you can only speak for the routines you developed - folks like me spend lots of money on your systems.. And we're STUCK with routines that neither update nor even make sure will work as advertised.. but they are presented here as being.. 'recommended'
One routine listed here as an add-on isn't really needed now that Easysocial presents 'Albums' for it's users - in short.. its a USELESS routine - and really should be removed from the list.. Anyone interested in which one... send me a note..

I'm very thankful that Stackideas continues to enhance and update their material - it SAVES people a lot of money.. if a feature someone feels needs to be included on their website.. they can find 'EXPENSIVE' routines that do that.. or simply mention it to Stackideas as a desired feature and wait for it to be implemented.. Such is the last 1.4 update to Easysocial.

Hey Edward,

Firstly, I am really sorry to hear about your experience with these apps. While we do not control their refund policies, we will never recommend an app that never work.

Having said that, we don't have a huge team to moderate apps that are submitted on our app's directory. We can only moderate on the surface layer by reviewing their site.

Which of the apps did you purchase and perhaps provide me with the links to these pages and I will try to take a look at their policies and review their app again.

Thank you for your reply, and I understand your position.
I know that these Authors must be given access to your code to better their routines and keep them updated and such..
As a 'Condition' for YOUR help with them.. I would HOPE that they establish the same, "Satisfaction Guarantee" that Stackideas has!
"Cheerful Refund".. "Unconditional Refund".. "Money Back Guarantee"..

And I don't really feel that ANY application that doesn't meet YOUR standards of customer satisfaction should be allowed access to YOUR code or be able to say that they are 100% compatable - Their appearance on the APP list should reflect that..
Thank you again for the great work you've done.. and the help you've given me and everyone here!

I sent them to you in Email Mark - My goal here wasn't to cause trouble for the author of the product.. I submitted my review on their material, others must form their own opinions.

Like I said.. I would hope that everyone surrounding Stackideas routines would have the SAME 'With a smile, money back guarantee'... when what they sell doesn't work as advertised or isn't what you expect.
