Hi,
I have a rather strange issue: I'm using easyblog with several categories. Each category has it's own modules for latest blogs and an archive.
When I enable the latest blog module, I get a blank page. I rad about haing to update the modules, but how can I do that without having to do all the settings again? And the strange thing is: it works okay online but I restored a backup on my local server (MAMP) and there I get the problem of the blank page. I also had to recreate the links to the several categories. I'll attach the url, but there it's fine. It's local where I have the problem.
I hope you can help me some way!
Ineke

Update: I downloaded the newest version of the module and tried for one of the categories, but the same problem arises. So the update did't help.
Hello Ineke,

Sorry for the late reply. Yes actually. It means that the memory_limit value in your php.ini is too low. Please set it to a higher value. Hope this helps.

Thanks!

Hi, thank you for your quick response. I already tried that. I know there are newer versions and I will install it on the remote site. But I did this on my local server. and it didn'y help. I wonder how I can have a problem locally that I don't have on my live site?

Hello Ineke,

Hmm, that's actually quite weird. Can you go to backend -> Global configurations -> Sever and set the Error Reporting to maximum and see if there's any error? Please advice.

Thanks!

Hi Adelene,
It says:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 104 bytes) in /Users/inekehuibregtse/Dropbox/_lopend/Lotjewebsite/jm31/libraries/joomla/language/language.php on line 807
Does that mean anything to you?
