If using the 'Cleantalk' anitspam option in Komento - do I still need to download and install the Cleantalk plugin?

Nope, you don't need the cleantalk plugin as it is already embedded within Komento

Hm, there seems to be a bug with the label in the settings but you just need to enter your API keys here, http://take.ms/wG0g6 .
