I see the VirtueMart app payplans have is very simple. I think you need to create something more complex.
For example, this is how the OSE looks like:

So i choose the product name and then assign the menu. So as soon as someone order this product the system enable this menu so user can access it. Is there something similar/?

Payplans Virtue Mart app integration allows you to assign shopper's group to user on the basis of plan they subscribed.
This option will not shown in plan page, for this need to configure app.

For this you need to create app instance for this app, go to backend Payplans >> Apps >> My Apps, here list all the installed app's, now hover on virtue mart app, you will see the option to create app instance and set it as per your need.

I want to know if i can do this with VirtueMart App like in OSE (screenshot)

Assign product to order. So when someone order this product from Virtuemart the system will give him access to this product.

My question is how to make this on Pay Plans:
1. User Order VirtueMart Electronic Product
2. The system enables the menu for them so they can access the electronic product.

We are selling individual electronic products on our website. We not going to use PayPlans subscription ability. We want to use it with Virtuemart

As of now there is no functionality in payplans to enable menu of product.
You can assign shopper group only as per plan.
