Enable/Disable Users and Browse by Profiles under People Tab in EasySocial

Hello,
How do I enable/disable User and Browse by Profiles according to user groups in Easysocial? In order words, if you belong to a certain user group, you cannot access to Users or Browse by Profiles located under People tab. See screenshot attached.

It is impossible to do that currently at this point of time.
