Sorry for this delayed response, catching up with the development.

I already inspected this issue and be able to replicate this in our development repo and the issue is the Masonry script was not running for few single pages: Tag page, Category page, Author page, and Teamblog page.

We are updating it by now, thank you for reporting this bug

Okay, so when will it be fixed and is there a fix which we could apply in the meantime?

The fix will be released soon (5.0.17) and I can't provide a patch for it because it required modification on multiple files.
