From the screenshot, it seems only these 3 tables are viable for cleanup, provided you do not require any use for the data in those tables anymore.
#__social_notifications (This could affect certain users where they log in and could not see their old notifications anymore.)
#__discuss_users_history (Cleaning this table would affect the badges, point, and activity history because the system retrieves the history from this table to determine the user's current badges, total points and activity history display.)
#__discuss_mailq (This table stores data from the mail queue. Make sure you have sent all your pending mails before you clear them.)
In short, these 3 tables do affect EasySocial to a certain extent so I would advice you to consider carefully before truncating any tables.
