Empty Image placeholder visible in frontend

We are using latest version of EasyBlog 5.0.30 and have the following issue:
We have created a blog entry with sequence text block followed by galery block.
In Frontend: When we open the blog we can see an empty image placeholder followed by the text block and then the galery block.

In Backend we do not have this empty image placeholder and have no idea why this is on Frontend.

Hello Markus,

I've checked your site and found out that the Germany category's Post Options for Image placeholder is set to Yes. This will overwrite the global setting you have set in Settings>Layouts>Post Option. I've changed the category post option setting to use Inherit. Means it will inherit from the Global setting. Hope this helps.
