I just replaced images Emoticons with Emoji and get some problem with new comments and "Read more" button.

May I know how you replaced the images, and if you modified/replace certain files, what files are involved?

There are 2 issues here. First, the width and height of your emojis are 30x30. You should use 20x20 images so that it's showing properly(https://take.ms/daUhz).

For the second issue(wink at the end of the comment), it appears that there is a bug here which occurs where there are double quotes( " ) in the comment. Perhaps you can change the double quotes to single quotes for now. I will log this issue in our tracker.

I just edited in backend every Emoticon and changed “Emoticon Type“ for it (instead “image” I chose “Emoji” in dropdown list).
I chosen standart Emojis and didn’t edited size in CSS for it.
