Hi, I have checked my previous tickets as this had been a problem on other sites, and Arlex resolved.
It was because the database Easydiscuss post and thread table, some of the columns were not set the collation to support utf8mb4 so unable to store the emoji in the database.

This is only happening on masqueradingdating.com, which is the most recent site to have easydiscuss on.
Could you assist with checking this for me or telling me how to carry out what is needed to be done.
