Hi there!
I want to embedd users into a page/company profile.
Users that are employed by companies who have a page on our website should be listed on the companies page.
I have adjusted the user workflow so the user may enter his current employer.
If the current employer has a company page on our site, the user should automatically be listed.
Do you have a plugin/app that can do that?
Or is there another way to achieve this?
It would be great if this option could be included in a payplan.
Thanks a lot!
Christoph
Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

I have a little bit lost here, can you check my following details and see if I understand your question correctly?

1. Is this the companies page are you referring to? https://take.ms/4m2Qo

2. If yes, those pages created by your site admin or your existing registered user?

3. So what you trying to do is when the new user register on your site, you would like to make them automatically like their companies page?

4. Can I have your site backend access so I can better have a look what is your current configuration for the profile type and user workflow? You can update your site details under this page https://stackideas.com/dashboard/site .

Hi Arlex,

thanks for your answer but I guess I did not explain correctly.

I have set up company pages and look for an option to automatically list users on the company page when these users are employees of the said company.

What I think about is the following:
A user enters the name of his employer/company (e.g. Siemens) into his own user profile (the user workflow allows this).
When the employer's/company's name matches with the name of a company page (e.g. also Siemens), the user should automatically be listed on the company page as an employee.

LinkedIn or XING are offering such an option to their corporate branding clients when they buy a professional company page.
That's what I would like to do as well.

Perhaps it could also be done by inserting a button into the company page profile where a user can confirm that he is employed by the company.. It should also give the administrator the option to remove users from the list when they are not employed by the company anymore.

I hope I explained it sufficiently.

Thanks and looking forward to your reply!

Christoph

Thanks for getting back to us and took your time to explained this.

Unfortunately currently we do not have this such of feature auto follow the company page if the "company name" field value match with one of your site company page name.

Yes, from what I understand Christoph requirement above, this is not something related with the Joomla ACL user group and Easysocial profile type.
