Can you provide some screenshot regarding this "but on my samsung galaxy note 2 I can't see the whole height of the video." ?
I have checked in your backend > Easyblog > setting > media > video
It seems like you put empty value in maximum height, check my screenshot below.

What you can do is, set the maximum width and maximum height e.g 1000px 800px , so you can change that width and height, then it should be display like what you change that width and height value correctly.

I tried several values but it's the same every time.
Now I have set it to 1000x800 and the result can you see in the screenshots..

It looks like no matter what I do the bottom of the video is missing (youtube) and vimeo don't even play on my samsung. It work fine on iPhone 4.

If I delete values and leave empty it shows the video (youtube) correct but really small....(samsung)

I have inspected in your site, it seems like your template advantage for responsive section set 100%, so whatever you change the width and height from the Easyblog section, it will not change because of your template advantage. check my screenshot below.

If you wouldn't like this advantage, what i suggestion is you have to consult this with your template provider.

I have tried play the youtube and vimeo video is fine in my samsung galaxy phone (this is what i test in http://retrolook.dk/da/retro-blog/test-post ).
