Emails are not sending and are stuck in a state of 0. If they do eventually send, it is several days later after something has been posted.
Help please
Hello Lary,
Did you set up a cronjob? to test this, create a comment and monitor the Komento>MailQ, run this URL http://www.yoursite.com/index.php?option=com_komento&task=cron and check the MailQ. If the state turns to sent, means that there is nothing wrong with Komento and you might wanna check your cron setup. Also, please understand that your subscription has already expired. In order for you to continue receiving priority support, please consider renewing your subscription.
I'm Justin, the Billing/Marketing guy for Stack Ideas. I did checked on your purchase records and it seems that your renewals were not applied to your account. I humbly apologize for this and I have fixed this for you; the renewal purchase should reflect on your license now.
Can you provide us your backend and FTP access so we can have a better look on your issue here? Perhaps, you can also provide us your cpanel access so we can check you cron setup.
I honestly would really wish we could help but if you are not going to provide us with the FTP access I am really not sure how are you expecting us to even start debugging this issue on your site. If you could get a file manager to work, we could work with this but I have tried several file managers on your site and it's not even working (Probably due to some security / firewall on the web server)
The FTP access is not something I can provide since it is not set up. Is there something else that I can provide you other than FTP to resolve the issue? I need to get this fixed.
I am really sorry Larry but we need the FTP access or any medium for us to edit files on the site. If you can't provide us with any of this I am afraid we might not be able to assist you here.
