Emails not received

Hi

I could not find how to set up cronjob on CPanel as my Joomla is 2.5
therefore I have set one up on setcronjob (see screenshot).

Emails are still not received even though shows sent in the dashboard - see scrt

How does emailing and notification system work>

Hi Vlad,

You can manually run the cronjob in your site. Please put this in your browser: http://yoursite.com/index.php?option=com_easysocial&compile=1&minify=1 and check whether the emails are being send out. If it is possible, can you provide us with backend access and CPanel access so that we can assist you on this issue.

Please be advise.

Thanks for your reply. Actually all worked without adding anything. Not sure why. Perhaps setting were in pace.

But there is another thing. When emails to reach their recipient, it has EasySocial logo. I dont mind your company's logo, but could I replace it with ours?

You can change the image here: ../components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/images/emails/logo.png. Hope this helps.
