Emails are not being sent for conversations, notifications, and friend request.

Im sure Ive probably missed a button, but I cant figure out where it is :P

Hello Katie,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Have you setup the cron service as outlined in http://docs.stackideas.com/administrators/cronjobs/cronjobs yet?
