I've tried to register a new member from your Joomla registration page, it seems like this is what i hitting :

Could not instantiate mail function.

You can check my attached screenshot below, mean your Joomla mail setting is not setup correctly, can you try switch to use SMTP mailer and see how it goes?

Now is ok, works fine.
