Hello Arlex,

After upgrading ES to 2.0.25 emails are behaving radically. For 15 mins after I upgraded ES, mails were not being sent. I could see email activity however recipient column was blank.. and when I changed config to send mails on page load, it showed me error saying 'Recipient not found.'. Later emails started going again.

Yesterday when mails started going, blog creation and event creation emails werent going at all.

This morning again recipient column in email activity is blank and email arent going..

Do you know which 3rd party app/extension generated these email notification? You can refer on my attached screenshot below.

Because in Easysocial it didn't generate these email notifications.

Yes. We have few custom extensions built for the site and we use Easysocial emailing to send emails. You may find many such emails in the activity but the issue I have mentioned applies to these as well as ES emails.

Also note that these emails were working fine with the older version of ES as well as on local machine with latest ES.

I dont understand why ES wont find recipient emails after upgrade.

It would be best if you can check back with your developer who build this custom extension is because who build this custom extension, they will more understand how this custom extension work.

By the way, based on what i checked your database, when the system generated these email notification, that Recipient name already dont have store into this table 'esj_social_mailer'.

Are you remember when you upgrade your Easysocial to 2.1? Because I realised 21th sept already generated empty recipient name, you can check my screenshot here : http://take.ms/2mzgW
