Hello,
I'm encountering problems with Notification Emailer App:
I've set up severals instances to warn peaople before the end of subscription (1 month, 10 days, 3 days before the end)
It seems that even if subsriber has renewed his subscription (so that subscription remains active), the email warning that membership is coming to an end is sent.
I'm not sure it is happening for all my subscribers.
Have I done something wrong?

Hello,

I have checked the app configuration and logs. Your app configuration is fine,
No log is there for this user, can you please tell when you receive this email (It's 1 month per-expiration email or other per-expiry email.)

Hello Manisha,

Mister Forcade has received the notification on October 10th. He reniewed his subscription on September 19th.

Another example of 'bad' notification:
Mister Jean-Hugues Dalle has reniewed his subscription on September 26th. But he was notified about expiration of his subscription on Octobre 11th.

You are talking about logs.
Where can I find these logs.

Thanks for getting back to us on this. I see that you have 9 instances of the email app and to be honest, they are all in French so it's very difficult for us to know which particular instance is generating those e-mails as we can't read French

Do you think it is possible for you to relabel some word in these e-mails and let us know which particular one is generating that incorrect e-mail?

Also, I tried looking through all 9 instances but don't seem to find any words that you mentioned in those content, http://take.ms/ZRziK . Did you recently changed the content?

Hello Mark,

To try to detect which ones of all the notifications are involved, I have changed the subject and indeed, the content of messages.

I think I've found the solution.
And it is a silly situation.
I was not aware that the webmaster of the site did a copy of it!!!
I suspect this is this copied version that sent emails.

The copied site is deleted.
I'm waiting a few days (until Wednesday) to close this ticket.
