Seems like you have make another issue that related to this issue https://stackideas.com/forums/logo-missed-in-pdf-invoice
and I believe the email notification now are shows the logo. Perhaps, can you give it another try?
Maybe for further checking on this, I need to subscribe to a plan to receive one of email notification.
It is possible for me to temporary enable one of the Status Changed notification rule and temporary use my email address for the stackidea user you have given above to fadhli@stackideas.com ?
