I searched for this language value and cant seem to find it. I wonder if it is a default when I did not enter something in Configuration? where do I change the phrase "Your Joomla! Site" Thanks in advance
Greg
Hey Gregory,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. This is actually inherited from your Joomla's Global Configuration as you can see from my screen shot here, http://take.ms/4sFgk

Once you updated the site name, the changes will be reflected on new e-mails.

Thanks. My Global Config>Site Settings> Site name is RainbowRV . I wonder if it has to do with my email server being with Google?
We had such a hard time with our mail ip getting blacklisted that we now have GMail send out our mail. $10 per month but all the mail gets picked up. I will send them a note. thanks for looking into this.

Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

It shouldn't related with the GMail server, perhaps you can provide us with your Joomla backend URL and FTP access so we can try troubleshoot this issue and see which cause this issue?

I tried to access https://rainbowrv.com/administrator/ but it keeps redirecting me back to the home page of your site.

Thanks for getting right back to me. I updated the admin url in my site detail and saved -checked them this time. . I now employ the Akeeba tools to keep the admin from attempts.

Hey Gregory,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I have checked your site and it seems like the sender name has been configured to "Your Joomla! site", http://take.ms/HREL3 . This is why the sender's name is always using that text

I have changed it to "RainbowRV Tim&Greg" now, and new e-mail notifications will use the correct sender name.

You are the best. Components you publish are also the best. I so wish to make the move from JomSocial to EasySocial . Your products are so customizable and customer support is the best. Thank you
