Firstly, congratulations on your site's launch and hope you get to 10,000 users strong by the end of the month Anyway, please find my response to your inquiries below:

1. where we can change the email templates and traductions.

Email templates can be found in /components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/emails/html/ . However, I would strongly advise you to use the override method should you want to modify the email template files. As for translations, they are by default located in /language/en-GB/en-GB.com_easysocial.ini and you can find them here.

2. All the user go to one group to know why we do this comunity, for this the notifications of this group was disgusting because all user joins was one notifycation for all. We want disable menbers join notification only for this group, if we must change one query we do not have problems.

You will need to hack the file in /media/com_easysocial/apps/group/groups/groups.php and under the method "onPrepareStream", you need to apply hacks to not generate stream items for the particular group.

3. We are finishing the main traduction of frontend and some module to Euskara eu-ES. When we finish do you want the files.
