As I've asked the question at this link http://stackideas.com/forums/do-i-need-to-approve-all-user-registration and now I set like the image I attach here but email still send to me to approve new member http://screencast.com/t/Auxi475YAUd
Hi,

Under this case, user will have to activate himself but this does not mean that admin cannot intercept.

Admin is still receiving the approve email is so that, admin can manually activate the user as well.
