For some reason, even though mailbox posting is setup and I get the green successful notice when clicking Run, it's not pulling any messages into the site. If I run the cron manually so I can see it's messages, one of the parts says:

"email_import":{"status":200,"type":"info","message":"Email service interval is not up yet. Next service is at April 13, 2018"}

Except I DO have the interval set up, so I'm not sure what the issue is. Help!

Update: I'm also having issues with subscribers not getting notified. I have every subscription notification option I can find turned on, but the ONLY person who ever gets notified is the admin. No other user ever gets a notice, and I can't figure out why. It's not that they aren't sending...they never even appear under email actions at all.
Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

I've checked in your site, it seems like you have turn off this `Entry Subscription` setting from backend > Easyblog > setting > general > subscription, you can refer on my attached screenshot below.

I already help you turn on this setting, can you try and see how it goes?

Doesn't that just allow users to subscribe to a single entry and not the entire site? I don't think that should matter, but I'll test it.

Update: no, this didn't fix the issue. When I go to a post and click the envelope, all it ever does is generate an email to the admin and no subscribers. It's like the system is simply ignoring anyone but the administrator.

Hey Brian,

Yes, you are right, this setting doesn't mean anything, it just determine whether should show these 2 option on the composer or not. (screenshot : http://take.ms/14QUa)

then i checked again with your first 2 new blog post, it seems like it doesn't enable notify setting form these 2 blog post, you can check my screenshot below.

Can you try re-enabled back these `notify subscribes` setting from these 2 blog post on your site, then click on that envelope icon from the backend blog listing page, it should get notify to your site subscriber as well.

If it working for you, perhaps you can try this following changes and see how it goes.
- Turn back off this setting from backend > Easyblog > setting > general > subscription > entry subscription - NO
- Then try publish a new blog post on your site and see this time system will send out email notification?

Okay, that worked. I'll let you know when we do a new post if it continues to work. If not, I'll turn on post subscriptions again.

Do you know why it's not letting us CREATE a post via email though? I can't figure out why that isn't working. See the first part of my post. No worry on response, I know it's late there today already.

thanks!

Thanks for understanding Brian.

I am sorry that missed up another issue in earlier, it would be best if possible for you separate the issue in different thread on our forum so we can follow up your current issue correctly.

I've checked in your site, it seems like you hitting this :
Notice: Unknown: Certificate failure for mail.resurrectionlifestyle.org: Server name does not match certificate: /OU=Domain Control Validated/OU=PositiveSSL/CN=host.peatgrouphosting.com (errflg=2) in Unknown on line 0
I already help you disable that certificate setting from your mailbox posting setting, it should work fine now, you can check my attached screenshot below.
