Hi Guys,

When a user tries to edit their profile, it asks for them to re-confirm their email. The problem is that there is no second text field for them to re-confirm it, even though I have set it in profile types. (Please see attachment)

Can you please assist me with this. Could you also help set it so that email re-confirm is not required in the profile edit screen, but only required during registration?

The login details to the site and to FTP were previously sent, but if you require me to send it through again, please let me know. Thanks.
Hello Suman,

Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

Hi Nick,

I set the site offline, and didn't think to set it back online for you guys. Sorry about that.

I have now set the site online.

Thank you.

Hello Suman Ganesh,

Sorry for late reply to this,
I have noticed after i registered as a user in your site, I'm not able to login in your site, it show me:
Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet.

May i know did you have do some customization in your site before?
is it possible provide us with your FTP access so we can open your file and debugging on this? Since after I tested my local site, it seems like everything is working fine including I require confirm email address field.

Hi Arlex,

I had a problem with the re-confirm email during registration, so you guys helped me by doing a patch on the site. It was working properly after that. I was able to create new users. That was the only real change made to it. After that though, the problem in question (re-confirm email) cropped up. Please find my FTP details attached.
