Hello,

When users respond directly to emails from their mail clients (all different types) or even with webmail programs, the emails are parsed in to replies on EasyDiscuss. However, if they respond using anything but pure text messages, the replies contain HTML surrounding their message text.

Can you help me resolve this?

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

It seems like the provided credentials access is not working for me. Check my screenshot here, http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-06-04_1132.png . The same goes with the FTP. Please advise.

Hello Jordan,

You also can replace the mailqueue.php file and the parses.php in components/com_easydiscuss/classes/mailqueue.php and components/com_easydiscuss/helpers/parser.php with the attachment files.
