By the way, I've tried to connect in your FTP server, but i hitting this :

It's a Google Apps email.

I set up IMAP but POP is also enabled on the account.

I have updated SFTP credentials.

I believe the problem is most likely because there is a firewall that is preventing outgoing connection from your hosting's end.

What actually happened is that the connection was initialized but the server isn't responding and this isn't the case because then it would mean that Gmail's imap is not working but I have just tested the same address locally and it works.

Could you check if there are any firewalls in place that was added by your hosting provider that may have been blocking these outgoing connections?

Unfortunately that was not possible retrieve PDF, ZIP, Word or Excel file from email to Easydiscuss system yet.

Because different email provider also have their own form of secure email with encrypted for PDF, ZIP, Word or Excel format. In other word, the email attachment is a password protected file, currently we do not know how to retrieve these email attachment (PDF, ZIP, Word or Excel) password from different email provider in PHP.

Now only available for the image when post via email e.g. 'jpg', 'png', 'gif', 'JPG', 'PNG', 'GIF', 'jpeg', 'JPEG'.
