Email Parser en reply not working

Hello,
We are using the Email parser functionality to post to the forums. However when the email is converted to a forum post the content in the email after the end reply tag is being displayed as part of the post. I have checked the settings and the end reply is the text used in the Admin settings within Easy Discuss.

Can you help?

For your information, this only works on Replies instead of discussion. how this works is if the user replies the email of 'New discussion posted' notification, it will take the content before 'Reply Break' that you set for your reply. http://take.ms/10igz

Thanks for the clarification, so the initial post sent via email must only contain the text for the post and nothing else, then subsequent replies via email will filter anything after the "end reply" text.

Have I understood this correctly?

Hi there,

How this works is if the user replies the email of 'New discussion posted' notification, it will take the content before 'Reply Break' that you set for your reply. http://take.ms/10igz

This means that for an example, User A received this 'New Question Posted' email notification http://take.ms/htSdQ5. So he replies this email notification with the content of as shown in the screenshot. http://take.ms/X8Ymo

So the text before 'end reply'('Reply Break' that you set for your reply) will be posted as his reply for the discussion.
