It seems that i still hit same error as you can see here http://take.ms/wLo50 Maybe your server blocked my ip, 175.143.88.207 and my country, Malaysia.

By the way, maybe you can consult with your web hosting service provider first regarding this whether imap have been enabled on your site or not.

Please advice.

It seems that this issues(cannot access your FTP) comes from my end. I can access them now. When i checked on your site, it seems that you server didn't enabled on of this functions on your current php, as listed below

imap_open,
imap_fetchheader,
imap_body

It would be best if you can consult with them regarding this issues and see how it goes. Please advice.

my host tell : they have enabled 'imap' on my current php already now and email parser tell error about "Can't connect to cloud-mail-mx2.thaidatahosting.com,143: Connection refused"

It is required for you to check those with your web hosting service provider regarding this as it might be those port 143, is being used on your site or might be your IMAP server is not running as you can refer below.

After checked further regarding this issue, it seems like when i try to setup to use gmail mail server on your site, also hitting this similar connection failure issue, this is what i getting that error :

Connection failed to gmail-imap.l.google.com,993: Connection timed out

I suspect your server firewall or other security already restricted to connect to the port 993 or 143, can you consult with your webhosting provider and see whether something restricted connect to this TCP port 993 or 143 from your server?

Also can you consult with your webhosting provider again what is the reason why that PHP IMAP trying to connect this cloud-mail-mx2.thaidatahosting.com instead of imap.tutorcloud.net ?

Keep us update once you received your webhosting provider response.
