Is there a way to disable email notifications to the webmaster for groups? Despite disabling notifications for groups, we still get an email every time that a new group is created.
Hi there,

Currently, it is hard-coded to sent out those emails to your super admin and it is required for you to do modifications on the cores files.

By the way, you can disabled this option http://take.ms/SInsH(on Joomla users sections) so that this particular user will not get those notifications.

Please advice.

Yes, we have our administrator accounts setup like in the screenshot, but still get e-mail alerts. What core files would require modification to disable that?

Hi there,

You should not get those notifications, can i have your backend and FTP access for further check on this issues? And may i know which particular users are you referring to?

What core files would require modification to disable that?

You need to do some modifications on this files .../administrator/components/com_easysocial/models/groups.php under notifyAdmins functions.

Please advice.
