When a member signs up for a plan, they get an email notification which confirms the plan, period etc.
However, Payplans is inserting the wrong Subscription title in the notification email.

It seems i am able to replicate this issue locally. I've logged this into our issue tracker. Will include it in our upcoming release.
Once it get fixed , i'll update you on this.
