I have a working cronjob to send email notifications from EasyDiscuss, but the email never gets to recipients. I tried also on page load, but that gives strange errors like there would be some wrong sender email somewhere in the configuration.

I need this to get working.

I tried to look at the forums but they are blocked even I have a valid subsciption.
Also, can you try disabling this setting and see how it goes? http://take.ms/fepEs

We also need your ftp access to check and see if there is an issue with this setting.

Hi Juha,

May I know whether only some users are not receiving the email notifications or all users?
I tried also on page load, but that gives strange errors like there would be some wrong sender email somewhere in the configuration.
Can you provide screenshots of the error so we can identify the issue better?

Hi,

when using cronjob the emails are gone from the system, but not received by recipients. It's common problem, so no one have them. But I have got email notification from conversations, today the latest. So the problem is in new post notifications or replies. They seem to be sent but not arriving to any mailbox.

There is no error, so no screenshot to give.

As you said, pageload gives error from wrong sender, but I don't know where that comes from. Joomla server smtp test email sends correctly with correct sender.

Yes, I can confirm that email notification is sent, when sending a private message (conversation). The problem is on the new posts and replies.

Hey Juha,
when using cronjob the emails are gone from the system
I have helped you disable these 2 settings so that sent email activity are not deleted when running cron(http://take.ms/YbHXW).

I also noticed you do not have this option enabled(http://take.ms/1vmBK). Would you like admins to receive reply notifications?

I have tested new reply notifications earlier and I am not receiving notification as you mentioned, although the email in the email activity already marked as sent.

Can you provide your cronjob configuration access so I can test this further?
