It seems like the cron wdget directory is not correct thus the cron is not being executed. I've change the cron command to
/usr/bin/wget -O /dev/null "http://yoursite.com/index.php?option=com_easysocial&cron=true"; and the emai notification are being processed now.

Since there are too many pending emails that are needed to be sent, I've purged all the pending email instead to avoid notification spam to your user.
