I have a site set up on Siteground. I have a cronjob set to run every 30 minutes and I'm pretty sure it is running regularly. Users mentioned that they were not always getting notifications, so I looked in my EasySocial control panel and saw over 400 messages waiting to go out!

I plugged the cron URL into my browser thinking that should send some of the messages. It doesn't seem to change the queue - at the front end or at the back end of the queue.

Output from the cron url is:

[{"status":"200","contents":"There is nothing to dispatch currently.","time":"2015-07-30 23:26:10"},{"status":"200","contents":"Current photos storage is set to local.","time":"2015-07-30 23:26:10"},{"status":"200","contents":"Current photos storage is set to local.","time":"2015-07-30 23:26:10"},{"status":"200","contents":"Current avatar storage is set to local.","time":"2015-07-30 23:26:10"},{"status":"200","contents":"No files to upload to Amazon S3 right now.","time":"2015-07-30 23:26:10"},{"status":"200","contents":"Stream archive disabled.","time":"2015-07-30 23:26:10"}]

How can I get these notices moving?!!!
Hello Clancy,

Can you provide us your backend and FTP access so we can have a better look on your issue here?

Nick,
I tried replying to the email with this question, and got a response saying that you aren't checking your email:

Thank you for contacting us. We are more than happy to serve you and assist you with your needs. However, currently we're in the midst of moving all of our support into a more centralized system and we will be utilizing our official forums instead. The reason is because the current Helpdesk which we are utilizing, Kayako, is not an open source product and it's close to impossible for us to hack it to integrate nicely with Joomla. We have been receiving tons of complains about users not being able to log in.

With that being said, would you be kind enough to post your issues on our official forums instead? You can reach it here http://stackideas.com/forums/

Thank you for your kind patience and understanding. See you in our forum!

I don't feel comfortable posting that information in the forum, where anyone can see it.

So how do I get it to you?

Hey Clancy,

You need to post your site details under the "Site Details" tab at the bottom. These details are only visible by us and nobody else

I sent the info via your Contact Us form at: http://stackideas.com/contact
You really need some way of allowing us to submit information in a secure way, and so that we know you get it.

Hi Clancy,

I've checked your easysocial email activity area and it seems like all the email did get processed correctly there. Not really sure what is the issue here .

My apologies. I had had reports that notifications were not going out, and when I stumbled across the Email Activity list, I guess I was confused by the fact that in one place it's called "Status" and in another, it's called "State" I was under pressure and distracted. I assume things are, indeed, working properly now, so please close this ticket.

You may want to consider changing "State" or "Status" on the "Email Activities" page so that they agree.

Thanks.
