We have turned off the option "Send Registration E-mail To Site Admin " in the profile definition and also turned off sending new user emails in Joomla user manager, but still when a new person registers we get an email sent to admins.
May i know which new user registered on your site then your site admin received those email notification?

Based on what i checked, it seems like the last new registered user was registered in this profile type (Events only profile) which you still enabled "Send Registration E-mail To Site Admin" setting from this profile type, you can check my attached screenshot below.

By the way, can you try turn if off that setting and try 2 new registration on your site then separate to register in this both different profile type and see how it goes?

Thanks, I have run a few tests and it seems it's when users register via social media (we have JFBConnect integration) so I will raise it with them, although the email coming through is one generated by EasySocial...

Can you provide us with your site FTP access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can better have a check?

Because I've checked the code, it seems like it should respect that setting from the profile type.

Hey Itamar,

Sorry I think Arlex was confused as he thought you were referring to the social logins in EasySocial. If you are getting these e-mails from sign ups of JFBConnect, you should get in touch with the developer of JFBConnect.

I will contact them, however the emails are definitely being generated by EasySocial, even if it's JFBConnect triggering that somehow - so may be interaction of the two not working correctly?

Yes, that email content is generated from Easysocial but other 3rd party developer also can call our Easysocial method to send out the email notification to the site admin.

Based on what i checked, it seems like that is JFBConnect trigger Easysocial notifyAdmin method from their system plugin which located this PHP file -> JoomlaFolder/plugins/socialprofiles/easysocial/easysocial.php LINE 460

$registrationModel->notifyAdmins($mailerData, $esUser, $profile);

So you have to wait for JFBConnect developer response regarding this.
