I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a Thaipusam public holiday for us here.
I have checked in your backend Easyblog Subscription page, it seems like don't have any Subscriber subscribe in your Easyblog site.
Then i have tried to be a subscriber in your site, then i try to create a new blog post, then the email notification got send to me, see my screenshot : http://screencast.com/t/nkzuOdK8uW
Please advise.

The blogger page is not showing who is subscribe in your site (blogger = user ). You should check it from your backend > Easyblog > Subscription
I'm checked back your subscription page, it seems like now got 1 subscriber in your site -> http://screencast.com/t/KbEmFslqU
Also, i checked in your email pool, also have this record mean the email notification already sent out -> http://screencast.com/t/fq1hg84Rl
