Ok, so while testing Conversekit I have an issue.

It is my opinion that if I am engaging in a conversation using Converskit I should NOT be receiving email notifications. Currently, I receive a new email for every single message that is sent. So if the person I am speaking with sends me 20 messages I get 20 individual emails for each message. NOT COOL!

So, I know that in EasySocial I can manage alerts. The problem is that if I disable alerts and someone sends me a message while I am offline I won't know.

What needs to happen is if Converskit detects that I am online it should bypass the EasySocial alerts. If it detects that I am offline it should send me (1) alert email with a summary of the messages. Or simply a single email saying (User XXXX has messaged you)

James

Hey Florian,

This issue is already fixed in EasySocial 2.0.15. When you are online, it wouldn't send you any e-mail notifications for conversations. If you are still receiving e-mail notifications, can you please start a new thread and we'll look into this.
