Hello

I have members that are regular users and they are receiving administrator emails.

What’s needed to prevent this from happening?

1st attachment shows multiple emails received from user.

Other attachments shows different users that received emails but I’m sure it’s more.

From the look of you current emails logo's(attached) it is different with the on you used for Easysocial as you can see here http://take.ms/emHfE.

May i know that if there others components that maybe will use that logo(blue color) on your site or maybe using emails notifications on your end?

Please advice.

I use zoho mail to receive emails from website.

Since I have access to more then one email, the logo color lets me know which account received email with a glance.

When members signup I receive a copy of their welcome message which has logo your referring to keep track of sign ups.

I believe it is because there you have enabled this settings on that current users as for example here http://take.ms/LlBL5

You need to disable them so that they will not get those emails. Please give it a try and see how it goes.

When I check sent messages it don't show any signs of them receiving admin emails.

But when I check bradyboosmom1@yahoo.com I see admin emails was sent...

Hi there,

Seems like that user enabled this settings on Joomla Users sections http://take.ms/8fq3u. You need to disable them in order for you to not received those emials.

Please give it a try and see how it goes.
