Do you mean you want to include the entire content of the blog post in the e-mail instead? What you can do is to edit the e-mail template and change $blogIntro with $blogContent which contains the entire content.

However, it's really not advisable and not suitable to include the entire "html" contents in e-mails because chances are those formatting will get messed up as most e-mail clients does not allow rendering of css in the e-mail contents.
