I don' seem to be getting notifications emails when my clients post a question or when they reply to them.

I've checked the Notification Settings and the Sender email is correct and my admin email is fine.

A bit confused?
Hello Marcus,

I am sorry but I'm a little bit lost here. I can't replicate this issue, when someone reply the post in my site, the email generated contain the avatar of the person. Here is my screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/Fb3JJgxr . The system will take the default avatar if the person doesn't have his/her avatar.

Please be advise.

Hello Marcus,

Did you setup the cronjob for EasyDiscuss yet? It looks like there are quite a number of emails that are pending in the email activities area.

Hello Marcus,

Hm, I believe the cron isn't running because I see some emails since 2013. You need to ensure that the cron is running for the url https://www.fxprodesign.co.uk/index.php?option=com_easydiscuss&task=cron

Hm, not sure what you mean by avatars not coming in the emails. What is the avatar source configured for EasyDiscuss?

The profile image in the email sent, my users have profile images and so do admin users, be nice to see their image in the response in email instead of the generic image that shows when you have not uploaded an image yet!!!

Sorry for the terminology

Storage path for Avatars is: images/discuss_avatar/
Profile Pictures Integration: Default
Use Profile Linking : Yes
