email notification missing info

As you are testing on our site, I receive an email which seems to have missing information such as which post has received a subscription. Also, no avatar for the user appears, (not even the default), which I think is amiss.

This is the default behavior of the subscription alerts for admins.

Yes and while at it, I would also recommend the name (email) of the person who registered... just like MailChimp does. The info was collected during subscription to the post so it shouldn't be difficult to add it to the email...and VERY beneficial to the admins.
