Email notifications are not working for some events like

1:Comments on items you were involved in.
2:Video created
3:User Joined the Group
4:New Discussions Posted
5:New Replies in discussions
6: RVMP not going to event
7: RVMP Going to an event
8:RVMP might be going to an Event.

Notifications on user accounts are working fine but Email notifications are not working for above occurances.

I have tested this on my site and it seems that only this two option not sending out emails as quoted below and i have issues this to our developer

1:Comments on items you were involved in.
2:Video created


Other is successfully sent out as you can see here https://screencast.com/t/aQvj3JaU4QpB. Or maybe you try to discover your 'Alerts' or maybe check "User's Privacy" whether it is enabled or not. Please give it try again as see how it goes.

Please advice.

But I need email notifications to users Email ids, not on admin side to the admin. The users in group should receive email notifications properly.

Hello Jason,

Not entirely sure if I understand you but as my colleague pointed out earlier, he tested those on his local computer and those e-mails were dispatched out under the mail activities section.

You could check those e-mails under http://newthreeuniversity.com/test/administrator/index.php?option=com_easysocial&view=mailer

There is a possibility that EasySocial has already dispatched those e-mails out but due to the site being configured to use sendmail gets a lower score which will eventually cause other mail servers to reject mails generated by sendmail as most mail servers give a very low score for sendmail.
