Regarding your issue with the html <br> tag, I cant seem to be able to replicate this issue from my local. Can you pass me your phpmyadmin so that i can see how the content being added?

As for the unsubscribe link, the reason you are not seeing this unsubscribe is because you are the super admin. Only normal users has the unsubscribe link. Please see attached image.

No, even the usual subscribers don't see the unsubscribe link.

see the attachment. It is an email sent to a normal user when a comment was posted on his question. It does not have email unsubscribe link.

Thanks for clarification. I've confirmed that the email notification for new comment does not has the unsubscribe link in the email. I've already logged this into our bug tracker and we will include the fix in next release of EasyDiscuss.

The html tags are still visible in emails sent to gmail. Although the tags are not visible in Email activity (ED backend). Pl. help m eon this also. Please check the emails in gmail and yahoo.
