Hey,
Sometimes we are not getting email notification, does the website doesn't send email notification if you are online? Is there a way to change that?
Also, is there a way to send a notification setting for a specific group? i.e. if I want to get email notification every time there is an activity in a specific group.
Thanks!
Hi there,

May i know which emails did you not received? Currently, it is based on your cronjobs, it will be executed based on your current settings. It is not based on your online or not currently. Maybe you can refer them here https://stackideas.com/docs/easysocial/administrators/cronjobs/cronjobs

Hi there,

Is there a way to send a notification setting for a specific group? i.e. if I want to get email notification every time there is an activity in a specific group.

Unfortunately it is not possible to achieve this yet in EasySocial as there are only some of those notifications are coded to be sent out immediately.

Perhaps it would be best if you can submit a feature request regarding this issues by creating a new ticket on the forums and set it to "Feature Request" so that everyone else could vote for it. We will prioritize this feature during the development process for the next major version of EasySocial if there are more people request on this.

Thanks for your understanding.
