Hi very sorry for my bad english... I hope you can understand me.
I have many problems about email notifications.

I instaled cron Job (you can see in the pic plesk), set Komento for k2... but I don't receive emails, and and does not even appear in "outgoing email" (inside Komento) the new comments, but only those that are not new. Can you help me solve this problem? Thank you very much for your help.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Can you check with your hosting provider if the path to wget is correct?

Hi Mark thank you for your reply. I resolved .... now I receive the emails, but I don't receive the email like user... when I subscribe a comment ... I can see my email in the subscribers' list but I don't receive email.....I'm working in your component from yesterday is a very good product. Thank you for your job.

Then I have followed your instructions for stickly and lovies (permission Acl etc ) BUT when I clik in the little hart for example.... nothing happens!!!

I Have resolved the problem for stickly and lovies... now I have only the problem that my subscribers of a particular article of K2 don't recieve emails when new comment is posted.... (there is not trace of them in the mail queue)... my god.. my english is very oxfor english.. how you can see :P

Glad to heard your issues (problem for stickly and lovies) resolved.
Is it possible provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you check on your configuration is it set correctly? Please advise.

Hi,

Hmm I tested to subscribe with an email test[at]test.com in this article: http://lateca.info/index.php?option=com_k2&view=item&id=46&Itemid=277 and then post other comments on the same article, and the subscribers are getting the mailq properly.
