It seems that there are plenty of undelivered emails at Backend>Components>Komento>Email Activities as shown https://screencast.com/t/xjIYZzI49MS. Have you set up cronjob for your site to send out your email? if not, you can refer to this docs, https://stackideas.com/docs/komento/administrators/cronjobs in order for you to set up them for your site. Please advice.
